Nexus Megamall spans over 1.4 million square feet of retail floor space across 5 levels, including 200 retail stores, a 7-screen multiplex cinema, a food court, and 3 basements. The key technical challenge was smoke management across the massive 28-meter high central glass atrium.

Shraddha Services engineered an integrated system featuring 18 optical beam smoke detectors, 14,000 quick-response sprinkler heads, 42 zone control stations, and motorized smoke exhaust louvers synchronized to the main fire alarm panel.
